Their story

Art & Rev was started in Minneapolis by Jodi Herczeg, Anne Clements and Megan Osowski. Herczeg and Clements are entrepreneurs, and Clements is also an Emmy-winning film and television producer, while Osowski brings a background in brand marketing.

The founders worked with Nick Kosevich of Earl Giles, the Minneapolis restaurant and distillery, to develop the recipes. The cans debuted at Earl Giles in summer 2023 and were first sold in the Midwest before expanding to shipping across much of the country in 2024.

How it's made

Each can is built on a single spirit, such as vodka, gin, rum or whiskey, and holds roughly two cocktails' worth at 9.5 to 13.5 percent alcohol. Flavor comes from natural extracts and essences rather than juice, which keeps the drinks from tasting sugary, and the Whiskey Buck uses Earl Giles ginger beer.

We've been thrilled with the response in the Midwest,
Jodi Herczeg, co-founder, to BevNET (2024)

Why we carry them

These are canned cocktails that taste like a proper drink rather than a soda. We like them for picnics and park days when mixing isn't practical.
