Their story
BERO is a non-alcoholic beer brand co-founded by actor Tom Holland, who started it after a couple of years without drinking, and CEO John Herman, a packaged goods veteran. It debuted in October 2024 with three beers.
To build the beers, the team brought in brewmaster Grant Wood, who spent decades in the beer business, including an executive role at Boston Beer and founding Revolver Brewing in Texas. Holland's own taste for European lagers and the occasional IPA helped shape the lineup.
How it's made
BERO beers are designed as non-alcoholic from the start, rather than brewed as full-strength beer and stripped of alcohol afterward. Wood aimed to keep the process close to traditional brewing, and the range includes a golden pilsner, a wheat beer, and a hazy IPA, all under 0.5 percent alcohol.
Our featured pick
Kingston Non-Alcoholic Golden Pils (12OZ)
$4.00
The Kingston Golden Pils is your new favorite lager-style beer that's as bold as it is refreshing.
This isn't a soda pretending to be beer.
Why we carry them
We like BERO for anyone who wants a real beer flavor without the alcohol. The pilsner is crisp and easy with a burger or pizza.
