Their story
Campanini is a rice grower and miller from northern Italy, run by a family with more than three generations of experience farming rice. The company focuses on classic Italian varieties used in the kitchens of the Po Valley.
Its range includes Vialone Nano, a favorite for risotto in the Mantua and Verona area, and Venere, the black rice that has become a staple well beyond Italy.
How it's made
Campanini pairs traditional rice farming with modern milling. The company says it avoids chemical treatments in production, and its rice carries organic, IFS and kosher certifications.

Why we carry them
We like having a true risotto rice on the shelf, and Vialone Nano cooks up creamy while holding its shape. The black Venere rice is great in salads too.
