Casa Noble
Certified organic, triple-distilled tequila aged in French oak.
- Founded by
- Jose "Pepe" Hermosillo
- Based in
- Tequila, Jalisco
Their story
Casa Noble was founded by Jose "Pepe" Hermosillo, who still serves as its master tequilero. It was one of the first tequilas to earn organic certification, using agave grown in the highlands of Jalisco.
Guitarist Carlos Santana became a part-owner in 2011. A few years later Constellation Brands acquired the company, and it remains part of Constellation today.
The range runs from an everyday blanco to a rare extra añejo aged in Robert Mondavi wine barrels.
How it's made
Casa Noble uses only CCOF-certified organic blue weber agave from high-altitude Jalisco. It was among the first tequilas to triple distill in pot stills, and its aged expressions rest in new French oak barrels.
We remain committed to using 100% CCOF certified organic blue weber agave
Why we carry them
For anyone who cares about how their agave is grown, Casa Noble is an easy recommendation. The reposado shows what French oak can add without hiding the agave.
