Their story

Central Coast Creamery is owned by Reggie Jones, who started out in a cheese company's quality lab decades ago, and his wife Kellie. Together they launched their own cheese company, and in 2012 they opened a plant in Paso Robles, in California's Central Coast wine country.

The creamery is known for approachable, flavorful cheeses such as Seascape, a cow and goat milk cheese in a cheddar style, along with goat cheddars, goat Goudas and a creamy Swiss called Holey Cow.

How it's made

The creamery uses local California milk from animals not treated with hormones, including goat, cow and sheep milk. Its cheesemakers make a wide range of aged styles, from cheddar to Gouda to Swiss.

We want consumers to be wowed by the complexity and depth of the flavor nuances

Why we carry them

Seascape is a crowd-pleaser on any cheese board, and it is made just down the coast. We like it with a California Chardonnay.
