Their story
Condesa Gin is made in a micro-distillery in central Mexico City and takes its name from the leafy Condesa neighborhood. Co-founder Jordi Nieto and his partners set out to make a gin that tastes of Mexico, and it has become one of the fastest-growing premium gins in the country.
In 2024 Spirit of Gallo made a strategic investment in the brand and became its exclusive importer in the United States.
How it's made
Master distiller Hillhamn Salome leads a small team that makes the gin by hand. The botanicals were chosen to reflect traditional Mexican rituals for cleansing body and mind. There are two expressions, Clásica and a Prickly Pear and Orange Blossom version.
Why we carry them
Condesa is a fresh take on gin with a real sense of place. The Prickly Pear and Orange Blossom makes a bright, floral gin and tonic.
