Control C
A triple-distilled premium pisco from Chile's Limarí Valley.
Their story
Control C is a premium pisco from Compañía Pisquera de Chile, formed in 2005 when brewer CCU merged with the Cooperativa Control Pisquero, one of Chile's oldest pisco producers. The "Control" in the name comes from that cooperative.
In Chile, pisco can only be made in the northern Atacama and Coquimbo regions, and Control C draws its grapes from the Limarí Valley in Coquimbo.
How it's made
Control C is made from Pedro Jiménez and Moscatel de Alejandría grapes and is triple distilled, the only pisco in its line made that way. It is bottled unaged for a clean, clear spirit.
