Their story

Coro Foods comes from the team behind Salumi Deli in Seattle's Pioneer Square. Clara Veniard and Martinique Grigg developed the line inside the deli, using sandwiches to test early flavors on regulars before anything was packaged.

One of those sandwiches, a mole salami, became Coro's Mole salami. The brand leans into flavors you will not find in a standard Genoa, and has grown from the deli case into grocery stores around the country.

How it's made

All of Coro's pork comes from U.S. family farms. The salami is made and dried in-house in Seattle, and the company promotes its products as free of added nitrates and hormones.

We market ourselves saying we're not like another Genoa salami. From pork to plate, we're completely different

Why we carry them

We reach for Coro when a cheese board needs something unexpected. The Mole is a good place to start.
