Their story
Echo Falls is a smoked seafood brand based in Monroe, Washington. For years it was the smoked and value-added label of Ocean Beauty Seafoods, one of the long-standing salmon companies of the Pacific Northwest.
In September 2024 Ocean Beauty spun Echo Falls off as its own business, Echo Falls Seafoods, with Alex Klein as president. The line has kept growing since, adding a wasabi-flavored salmon caviar next to its traditional caviar in 2025.
How it's made
The company says it hand-selects its fish and smokes it using traditional methods. The range covers hot and cold smoked salmon, smoked specialty seafood and salmon caviar in small retail packs.
