Their story
Espanita Tequila was founded by Marina Wilson, who serves as the company's president. The brand draws on 100% blue agave grown at high elevation in the Highlands of Jalisco.
In 2020 the recording artist Pitbull (Armando Christian Pérez) joined as a strategic advisor and global brand ambassador, taking an equity stake in the company.
How it's made
The agave is slow-cooked using traditional Mexican methods. The blanco is bottled unaged, while the reposado rests six months and the añejo eighteen months in bourbon barrels.

Espanita's blanco is a clean, easy pour that works well in margaritas and palomas. The barrel-aged bottlings are worth a slow sip.
