Their story
Etta + Billie is the work of soapmaker Alana Rivera, who began the business in San Francisco in 2009 and built a following for her small-batch bars and body care. The company has since moved its home base to Ventura, California.
The idea behind the brand is to bring natural body care into everyday routines, with scents drawn from the kitchen and tea shelf, like Chai Tea, Earl Grey and Citrus Poppy Seed.
How it's made
Each product is made in small artisan batches using organic ingredients. The Chai Tea bar, for example, blends cinnamon, cardamom and nutmeg with whole organic milk.
