Their story
g's Hard Ginger Beer is the project of Donna Katz, an Australian-born dry farmer and winemaker who settled in the Bay Area. The brand is based in St. Helena in the Napa Valley.
Katz started it out of a love of fermenting and an interest in gut-friendly drinks, aiming for a ginger beer that is truly dry rather than sweet.
How it's made
Each batch is fermented from organic ginger, fruit, botanicals and spices, with no added sugar or sweeteners. The finished cans are 4.5% ABV, gluten-free and about 87 calories each.

We like g's for anyone who wants real ginger bite without a sugary finish. It also works well as a base for a lighter Moscow mule.
