Their story
I Am Italiano is a line of organic chocolate bars made by the Italian chocolate maker Sabadi and brought to market by Food Accademia, an Italian food company. The brand was introduced to international travel retail in 2024.
The idea is a playful tribute to Italian culture. Packs are themed around monuments, destinations, symbols of Italy, and la dolce vita, and each bar is stamped with a classic Italian hand gesture.
How it's made
The bars are made with organic chocolate and come in flavors like almond praline, milk and coffee, and salted caramel. Each one is molded with an engraved hand gesture on its surface.
