Their story
Jacobsens Bakery is a Danish cookie maker with more than 60 years of baking behind it. The company is led by CEO Jan Jacobsen and is partly owned by the GIVESCO Group, the Danish food group behind brands such as DanCake and Carletti.
The bakery is best known for its Danish butter cookies, baked and packed in Denmark and sold around the world in the classic blue tin. Over the years the range has grown to include decorative and embossed tins as well as smaller everyday packs.
How it's made
The cookies are baked and packed at the company's own bakery in Denmark. Jacobsens says it chooses natural ingredients and applies strict quality control, and the bakery has held HACCP food safety certification since 2003.
