Their story
JIGGY was started in Brooklyn by Kaylin Marcotte, a former marketing lead at theSkimm, who launched the company in November 2019. She wanted to give the classic jigsaw a modern look while helping emerging artists find new fans.
Each puzzle features the work of a woman artist from somewhere in the world, with the artist's name and contact details printed on the box, and artists share in the profits from their designs. The company passed $1 million in sales in its first year.
How it's made
Puzzles run from 450 to 800 pieces and come with puzzle glue and a spreader so the finished piece can be framed. The packaging avoids single-use plastic, and every component is reusable or recyclable.
Why we carry them
We like JIGGY as a gift that becomes wall art once it is done. It is a good pick for a slow weekend at home.
