Their story
KALLY was started in California in 2019 by Katie and Scott Mitic as a non-alcoholic alternative to wine.
Instead of making wine and stripping the alcohol out, they built their drinks from verjus, the tart juice of grapes picked early, and paired it with fruit and herbs.
How it's made
Grapes come from organically and biodynamically farmed vineyards in Sonoma, Mendocino and Madera, picked at about 11.5 Brix, well before typical wine harvest. That keeps acidity high and sweetness low. The verjus is blended with fruit juice and herbs, with no added sugar, and every ingredient is certified organic.

We reach for KALLY when we want something with the bite of wine and none of the alcohol. Its acidity makes it a real partner for food.
