Crunchy sourdough snack bites made from a husband's homemade bread.

Their story
Margot's Morsels grew out of a kitchen habit. Milt Hirsch baked sourdough, and his wife Margot turned the leftover loaves into croutons that friends kept snacking on straight from the bag.
Margot, who had spent years in tech sales and once dreamed of opening a dessert bar, made the morsels her focus in 2020 and tested them at farmers markets that summer. The business now bakes from a commercial kitchen with a small part-time team and partners with a nonprofit to hire people with disabilities.
How it's made
Milt bakes the sourdough, which is cut into bite-size pieces and baked again with toppings like garlic, sea salt, rosemary or long-aged Parmesan. Each batch takes about two days from baking to packing.
Why we carry them
We like Margot's Morsels as a crunchy snack that also works over soup or salad. The parmesan bites rarely last long once opened.
