Their story
More Labs was founded by Sisun Lee, a former product manager at Tesla, and is based in San Francisco. The company launched its first product, Morning Recovery, in 2017 under the name 82Labs, and raised $8 million from investors the following year.
After renaming itself More Labs, the company began developing products beyond the hangover category, including drinks aimed at focus and brain health.
How it's made
Morning Recovery is a shot-sized liquid supplement built around dihydromyricetin, or DHM, a compound found in the Oriental raisin tree. Product development is led by a food scientist with FDA and major food company experience.
Ultimately we want to build products that remove these modern-day stressors.
