Their story

Noble Oak was introduced to the U.S. market in 2018 by Edrington, the Scottish spirits company, built on two ideas: good whiskey and giving back. From the start it partnered with the nonprofit One Tree Planted to fund one tree for every bottle sold.

That program has now planted more than a million trees in reforestation projects across the country. In 2024 Edrington sold the brand to A21 Wine & Spirits, which now owns and runs it.

How it's made

Both the bourbon and the rye rest for more than a year in newly charred American oak barrels. They are then finished with European oak staves that previously held sherry, for the bourbon, or port, for the rye.

Noble Oak was founded on two principles: great whiskey and giving back to the communities in which we live and work.

Why we carry them

A friendly bourbon with a good cause behind it. We like it for cocktails and easy sipping.
