Their story
Organic Mixology is the company behind Dhōs Spirits, a line of non-alcoholic spirits made for people who want a proper cocktail without the alcohol. The range includes Gin Free, a juniper-forward stand-in for gin, a bittersweet aperitivo-style spirit and an orange spirit.
The drinks have picked up several San Francisco Spirits Competition medals and a 2023 FABI Award from the National Restaurant Association.
How it's made
Dhōs spirits are crafted at an organic farm and distillery in Oregon with organic ingredients and natural flavors, and no sugar. Gin Free uses botanicals such as juniper, coriander and fennel seed, while Bittersweet leans on rhubarb, orange, cinchona and gentian root.

We point people to Dhōs when they want a zero-proof Negroni or gin and tonic that still tastes like a real drink.
