Their story

Parch was started in Tucson by Ila Byrne and Rudy Aldana, two veterans of the spirits business. After Aldana stopped drinking following a cancer diagnosis, he asked Byrne to create something that captured the tequila and mezcal cocktails he missed.

The pair launched Parch in 2020, at the start of the pandemic, with canned drinks rooted in the flavors of the Sonoran Desert. Byrne describes it as a brand built to include everyone at the table.

How it's made

Each drink is built on organic blue Weber agave from the highlands of Jalisco, using its nectar, fiber and bitters. Flavors come from ingredients like roasted pineapple, prickly pear, hibiscus and lime, and every can includes a blend of ashwagandha, American ginseng, GABA and L-theanine. Most botanicals and fruit are sourced in the United States.

Why we carry them

We point people to Parch when they want a cocktail feel without the alcohol. The Prickly Paloma is bright and a little salty, just right over ice.
