Pop & Bottle
Organic plant-based lattes sweetened with dates instead of refined sugar.

Their story
Pop & Bottle started with two friends, Jash Mehta and her co-founder Blair, who met for coffee nearly every day and could not find a store-bought latte with ingredients they trusted. They began experimenting in Jash's Bay Area apartment, inspired by California's farm-to-table cooking.
After a tasting with friends and family narrowed the list to three flavors, they launched from a commercial kitchen in Berkeley and got their start in a single Whole Foods region in Northern California. Blair, who came from fashion, designed the original bottles. Today the brand is sold nationally.
How it's made
Pop & Bottle makes its own almond and oat milks and sweetens its lattes with dates or coconut nectar rather than refined sugar. The line is certified organic and adds ingredients like matcha, cacao, turmeric and collagen. Production has moved to a California co-packer as the brand has grown.
Why we carry them
We like Pop & Bottle as a grab-and-go latte that skips the refined sugar. It is a great Bay Area-born option for dairy-free coffee drinkers.
