Their story
Protector Brewery is owned by Sean Haggerty, a former Navy SEAL, and opened in San Diego in 2017. His wife, Cory, helped push the brewery toward its organic focus.
In a city crowded with craft breweries, Protector set itself apart by becoming USDA certified organic, which few breweries in the country have done.
How it's made
Protector brews with certified organic ingredients and avoids anything synthetic. That standard applies across the lineup, including beers like its Mosaic Hazy Pale.
We are the first and only USDA certified organic brewery in San Diego
