Their story
Radiant Beer Co. opened in Anaheim in late 2020, led by three people who had worked together at The Bruery in Placentia: managing partner Jonas Nemura, director of brewing Andrew Bell and director of marketing Cambria Griffith.
The team took over a former brewery site on West Lincoln Avenue, near downtown Anaheim's Packing House district, and spent months refitting it. They launched in the middle of the pandemic with a patio, crowlers and cans.
How it's made
The Anaheim facility houses the brewhouse, a packaging hall and a taproom. The lineup centers on West Coast and hazy IPAs, crisp lagers and imperial stouts brewed with special ingredients.
