Sainte Louise
A fruit-forward French brandy from the Cognac region, made for bartenders.
- Founded by
- Jennifer Querbes
Their story
Brandy Sainte Louise was created by Jennifer Querbes, who set out to give bartenders the classic, fruit-forward French brandy many of them had been looking for. The brandy comes from the Charente, the heart of France's Cognac country.
It is meant as a working bottle for the bar, priced and styled for mixing in classic brandy cocktails.
How it's made
The brandy is a blend of copper pot-distilled eaux-de-vie made mostly from Ugni Blanc wine. The spirits are aged between three and ten years in French oak and bottled at 43% ABV.
Why we carry them
We like Sainte Louise for a Sidecar or a Vieux Carré at home. It brings real Charente character without a fancy price.
