Their story
Sarti Rosa comes from the historic Casa Luigi Sarti & Figli distillery in Bologna. It is now part of Campari Group's aperitivo portfolio.
The aperitivo launched in Europe a few years before arriving in the US, where it began rolling out on the East Coast in 2026.
How it's made
Sarti is flavored with Sicilian blood orange, mango, and passion fruit and bottled at 14% ABV. It is sweeter and fruitier than most Italian aperitivi, with only gentle bitterness. The house serve is three parts prosecco, two parts Sarti, and one part soda, with a lime wedge.
