Their story
Seven Sundays comes from Hannah and Brady Barnstable of Minneapolis. The couple fell for muesli on their honeymoon in New Zealand and came home disappointed by how few versions they could find in American stores.
Hannah left investment banking to start the company in 2011, and Brady, an environmental consultant, joined in 2013. The brand has since grown from a local muesli maker into a national one, with cereals and bars alongside the original mueslis.
How it's made
The muesli mixes whole grains, nuts, seeds, fruit and organic honey. Hannah develops the recipes herself, often in her home kitchen, and fine-tunes them through tastings and brunches before they go to the company's manufacturing partners.

Maple Almond Protein Oats (16OZ)

A is not your average oatmeal, folks. the producer oats have over twice the protein and fiber than the oatmeal had as kids. The best bit, though, is the taste and creaminess, whether prepped warm or.

Why we carry them
We like Seven Sundays for a breakfast that is hearty without being sugary. Soak it overnight in milk or yogurt for a Bircher-style bowl.
