Their story

Snack Factory is the work of Warren and Sara Wilson, a husband-and-wife team from the Princeton area of New Jersey. They were serial snack entrepreneurs who had already built and sold a bagel chip business and a funnel cake company.

Their big idea was simple: take a pretzel, lose the soft middle and keep the crunchy outside. Pretzel Crisps found a home in supermarket deli cases, often next to cheese and dips. Snyder's-Lance bought Snack Factory in 2012, and the brand is now part of Campbell's snack business.

How it's made

Pretzel Crisps are made by flattening pretzel dough into thin crackers and baking them in long tunnel ovens, then seasoning them with sweet and savory flavors. The result keeps classic pretzel flavor with a sturdier snap for dipping.

the pretzel is 600 years old, but until now no one thought of scooping out the middle

Why we carry them

Pretzel Crisps are our go-to cracker for a cheese board or a bowl of dip. They hold up to heavy spreads without breaking.
