Their story
Spice Tribe is a San Francisco spice company started by chef Trent Blodgett. His years of travel, eating in places like Thailand and Haiti, shaped the brand's idea: bring the aromas of those home kitchens into everyday American cooking.
The company makes globally inspired seasonings, such as its Porcini Paradiso blend, and has teamed up with other food makers on collaborations, including Puerto Rican spice blends with The Sofrito Project and a Vietnamese pantry kit with chef Tu David Phu.
How it's made
