Their story
Stellar Snacks is a pretzel company started in 2019 by Elisabeth and Gina Galvin, a mother and daughter. They began baking in Carson City, Nevada, where their first facility still runs.
The braided pretzels caught on quickly, and in 2024 the company opened a second, much larger bakery in Louisville, Kentucky, to keep up with demand.
How it's made
The signature product is a braided pretzel, made with non-GMO, vegan ingredients and seasoned in flavors like Bold & Herby and French Dijon. The company also makes a grain-free, gluten-free pretzel line.
