Their story
Stellum Spirits comes from Barrell Craft Spirits in Louisville, Kentucky, the independent blender founded by Joe Beatrice. Barrell made its name by sourcing barrels from distilleries around the country and blending them at full strength.
In 2021 the team launched Stellum as a second line, with its own bourbon, rye, and single barrel releases, plus occasional limited Black Label editions.
How it's made
Stellum is built by blending whiskeys sourced from several distilleries, then bottling them at cask strength without dilution. The flagship bourbon and rye both land well above 110 proof.
Our whiskeys are created through a rigorous process of study, observation, and experimentation.
