Their story
Stonefire is made by FGF Brands, a Canadian-owned bakery company in Toronto run by the Ajmera family, who have decades of baking behind them. The company was once known as International Fabulous Flats.
The family launched Stonefire to bring traditional flatbreads like naan to North American supermarkets, where they were hard to find. Today FGF bakes in Canada and the United States and also makes ACE Bakery breads.
How it's made
Stonefire naan follows a traditional Indian recipe made with ghee and buttermilk. It is baked in small batches for a lightly charred, smoky flavor.
