This Little Goat is the home-cooking brand of Stephanie Izard, the James Beard award-winning Chicago chef behind Girl & the Goat.
Izard started the line to bring the flavors from her restaurant kitchens, drawn from cuisines around the world, to people cooking at home. The goal was bold taste that is easy to use on a weeknight.
The range centers on cooking sauces and seasonings, sold through specialty grocers and online.
How it's made
Each sauce and seasoning is built from flavor combinations Izard developed as a chef, packaged so home cooks can use them straight from the jar as a marinade, glaze or finishing sauce.
