Three Wishes

Grain-free, high-protein cereal started by a couple making better food for their son.

Their story

Three Wishes was started by husband and wife Margaret and Ian Wishingrad. When their son Ellis was a baby, their pediatrician suggested cereal as an early finger food, and Margaret could not find one on the shelf she felt good about.

So the couple decided to make their own. It took about two years of trial and error to get a cereal that was high in protein, low in sugar and gluten-free while still tasting like the cereal they grew up with.

The brand now offers a range of familiar flavors built on that same base.

How it's made

The cereal is grain-free and gluten-free, built on chickpeas and sweetened in part with monk fruit. Each serving has about 8 grams of protein and 3 grams of sugar.

Why we carry them

We like Three Wishes for breakfast bowls that taste like a treat without the sugar crash, for kids and grown-ups alike.
