Tsuki

Concentrated ramen bases from Japan for restaurant-style bowls at home.

Their story

Tsuki makes a line of shelf-stable ramen bases from Japan, built to bring the depth of a ramen shop broth into a home kitchen. The range is sold as Professional Ramen Base and covers several classic styles.

Flavors include a braised pork shank broth, spicy crab miso, scallop and white miso, and matsutake mushroom with shoyu. Each is meant as a starting point: heat it, dilute it to taste, and build your bowl around it.

How it's made

The pork shank base is made with braised pork shank, shio and shoyu seasoning and roasted vegetables. The bases are concentrated and shelf-stable, so they are simply heated and thinned with water to the strength you like.

Why we carry them

We like Tsuki for weeknight ramen that tastes like it took all day. Add fresh noodles, a soft egg and some scallions and you are most of the way there.
