Their story
Urban Slicer Pizza Worx comes from Omaha, Nebraska, and from a founder who describes himself simply as a family guy named Matt. He is a competition cook with about twenty years of experience, trained at the International School of Pizza and certified as a pizzaiolo.
He built the line so home cooks could make pizzeria-quality pies in a kitchen oven, on a grill, or in a wood-fired oven. The company handles its own shipping and shares training videos and recipes with the shops that carry it.
How it's made
The range includes dough mixes for Neapolitan, gluten-free, grilling and deep dish styles, plus pizza sauce, red and white pizza mojos, hot honey and cupping pepperoni. The mixes are designed to take the guesswork out of dough so you can focus on toppings and fire.
