Vin De Soif
Light, easy-drinking Loire red made with an organic Muscadet-country estate.
Their story
Vin de Soif takes its name from a French phrase for a thirst-quenching wine, the kind you open young and drink with friends. The label was inspired by the red wines coming out of the Muscadet region of the western Loire.
It is made in partnership with Domaine des Hautes Noëlles, a Loire estate known for its care in both vineyard and cellar.
How it's made
The red is a blend of Gamay, Grolleau, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon from organically farmed vines on limestone soils. It is made dry and light-bodied, with earthy, fruity and mineral notes.
Why we carry them
We like this as an everyday red that takes a slight chill well. It is just right for a picnic or a weeknight pizza.
