Their story

Waterdrop started with brothers Martin and Henry Murray and their friend Christoph, an architect and designer. The idea came to Martin in 2015 on a flight between Singapore and Hong Kong, when he and his mother realized there was no healthy, sugar-free way to flavor water on the go.

They launched the first product in Vienna in 2016, opening an early pop-up shop there. The company has since grown into an international team with its own stores in Vienna, London and Berlin.

How it's made

Waterdrop's microdrinks are small compressed cubes made from fruit and plant extracts and vitamins, with no sugar. Some versions add caffeine or electrolytes. The cubes dissolve in cold or warm water, and shipping light cubes instead of filled bottles cuts transport weight.

Why we carry them

Waterdrop is an easy nudge to drink more water through the day. We like tucking a few cubes in a bag for work or travel.
