Their story
Zibari is the work of Ariela Gorodzinsky, who grew up in Mexico City and has spent her career in food. She spent seven years at a Mexican food distributor, where she became a partner and built its private-label line, and she co-founded an organic condiments company before moving to New York to study Food Studies at NYU.
After settling in Miami, she launched Zibari as a purveyor of traditional foods from different culinary traditions. The line has grown to dozens of products, first sold online and now reaching more retailers.
