Their story

ChocZero is a California chocolate brand built for people cutting back on sugar. It first came out of Snapfit, a food and beverage maker, around 2016.

The early lineup was simple: milk, 50% dark and 70% dark bars, sold online through Amazon and the company's own site. The goal was chocolate with no added sugar that skipped the sugar alcohols and artificial sweeteners that often leave an aftertaste.

How it's made

ChocZero sweetens its chocolate with monk fruit, and uses a mildly sweet vegetable fiber to give the bars their body. There are no sugar alcohols or artificial sweeteners, and the bars carry zero added sugar.

Why we carry them

We keep ChocZero in mind for customers watching their sugar who still want a square of chocolate. It is a good option to have on hand for low-sugar diets.
