Their story
Fresh Victor is the work of Ken Mackenzie, who spent years in the spirits trade, including a long stretch importing tequila with his wife after moving to Guadalajara. Working with bars, he kept hearing the same question: how do you make a good cocktail quickly and the same way every time?
He began working on recipes around 2014 and launched Fresh Victor in March 2017 with five flavors, led by Mexican Lime and Agave.
How it's made
The mixers are made from cold-pressed juice, kept refrigerated and made without preservatives. Getting the balance of tartness and sweetness right at scale took years of testing, and the brand chose to stay refrigerated even though it makes distribution harder.
