Their story
Gardiners of Scotland is a family confectioner based in Lesmahagow, in South Lanarkshire, that has been making sweets since 1949. Tom Gardiner, his wife Maureen and their son Tom work in the business day to day.
The company is best known for its fudge, and Tom Gardiner Jnr developed many of its flavors, from vanilla to clotted cream and cranberry and blueberry. Its tins, from tartan designs to seasonal ones, make the fudge an easy gift.
How it's made
The family oversees production, packing and shipping themselves to keep quality consistent. They work with high-quality ingredients and pack the fudge and other sweets into the company's own tins and cartons.
Why we carry them
We like Gardiners tins as an easy, crowd-pleasing gift. The fudge is rich and crumbly in the classic Scottish way.
