Kimino
Sparkling drinks made with hand-picked Japanese fruit like yuzu, ume and mikan.
Their story
Kimino describes itself as a group of farmers and makers from Japan, guided by kanso, the idea of using only what is essential. Its drinks start in Japanese orchards, on the company's own farms and on small family farms run by friends.
The brand brought its first drink, a yuzu sparkling juice, to the United States around 2018. The range now includes sparkling juices and waters in yuzu, ume, mikan, ringo and momo.
How it's made
Fruit is hand-picked in season and pressed whole, then combined with soft mountain water from Hyogo. The drinks are made in Japan with simple ingredients and traditional methods.
Why we carry them
We reach for Kimino when we want a soda that tastes like the fruit itself, and the yuzu is a favorite with lunch or as a cocktail-free spritz.
