Their story
LAMILL Coffee is led by Craig Min, who took over his father's coffee business at about age 20 and renamed it LAMILL in 1999. It became one of the early specialty roasters in Los Angeles.
The company roasts in a large facility in Alhambra, east of downtown, and opened its first cafe in 2008. It has supplied many restaurants and hotels, and Min also runs a tea importing business.
How it's made
LAMILL buys green coffee from many growing countries and roasts on a large Probat roaster. The aim is to bring out each coffee's character while keeping the cup balanced.
We like to accentuate the character of the coffee while maintaining an elegant balance.
Why we carry them
We like LAMILL for a polished, balanced cup that works for everyday brewing and for guests alike.
