Their story
Momofuku began when chef David Chang opened Momofuku Noodle Bar in New York City in 2004. The restaurant drew attention for bringing real intensity to dishes people thought of as humble, and the group grew to include restaurants like Majordomo in Los Angeles.
The grocery line, Momofuku Goods, came later and includes chili crunch, instant noodles, soy sauce, and seasoning salts. Chili crunch became the surprise bestseller and now comes in several flavors, including black truffle.
How it's made
The team worked backward from its restaurant dishes so each product would taste like a bite at Momofuku. The same chili crunch, soy sauce, and seasoning salts are used in the group's restaurant kitchens.

Why we carry them
The chili crunch is the place to start. Spoon it over eggs, rice, noodles, or even vanilla ice cream.
