A canned vermouth spritz built on Italian vermouth, bitters and mineral water.

Their story
Sprezza grew out of a meeting of drinks people. Miles Thomas, founder of Seattle's Scrappy's Bitters, and Scrappy's vice president Kia Karimi wanted to try canned cocktails, and they teamed up with Giancarlo Mancino of Mancino Vermouth after meeting him in Hong Kong. Importer Leith Shenstone helped bring the Italian ingredients to Seattle.
The result is a ready-to-drink spritz in two styles, a Bianco made with white vermouth and a Rosso made with red vermouth. The idea was to keep the recipe short and make each part excellent.
How it's made
Each can holds just three components: mineral water, Mancino Vermouth and Scrappy's Bitters. The team spent a long stretch of trial and error getting the balance right, since small changes to any one ingredient shift the whole drink.
Every little tweak has a big impact
Why we carry them
Sprezza is an easy, low-key aperitivo for a picnic or a sunny afternoon. Pour it over ice with an orange slice.
