Their story
St. Hildie's was started by Alexi Cashen, Christine Peck, and Meghan Deroma. Cashen came from the drinks business, where she also runs Elenteny Imports, a logistics company for alcohol importers.
The brand launched in California in August 2021, first reaching shops and restaurants in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Marin. The founders wanted a drink for people who still enjoy a cocktail but want something lighter.
How it's made
Instead of a spirit base, the drinks are built on fermented cane sugar, which keeps them at about 5% ABV. Botanicals, real fruit, and functional ingredients go into each can, with no added sugar.
St Hildie's Botonica was created from a desire to maintain a healthy lifestyle while honoring the joys of imbibing.
