Their story
Straightaway Cocktails began with Cy Cain and Casey Richwine batching drinks together in Portland, Oregon. Their early production took place in a small back room before they grew into their own space.
In 2018 they signed a lease on a tasting room on Hawthorne Boulevard, where people can try the cocktails before taking a bottle home.
How it's made
Nearly every component is made in-house, with whiskey, tequila, and mezcal sourced from outside producers. The team squeezes lemon juice on site, then batches and bottles the finished cocktails.
