Their story
Yes Cocktail Co. is run by Lauren and Brandon Alpert, a husband-and-wife team who spent years as performers and directors in youth arts programs abroad before coming home to California's Central Coast.
Frustrated by store-bought mixers full of artificial flavors and corn syrup, they started making their own and founded the company in 2015 in Paso Robles. The line now includes syrups, mixers, bitters-infused cocktail cubes, cocktail cherries and dried citrus garnishes.
How it's made
Recipes are built around natural ingredients sourced locally where possible, taking cues from the Central Coast harvest. The products skip artificial flavors, preservatives and high fructose corn syrup.
