M. Haslinger & Fils - Champagne Brut (750ML)

The M. Haslinger Brut features a prominent blend of red grapes - usually made up of 46% Pinot Noir, 37% Pinot Meunier, and 17% Chardonnay. This exceptional cuvée is fermented primarily in small oak barrels, giving it a bold and full-bodied character with impressive depth and longevity. The wine does not undergo malolactic fermentation, resulting in a lively and robust flavor profile on the palate, with hints of pear, spices, and vanilla. Its refined and creamy texture is enhanced by delicate bubbles that dance on the tongue. All of the fruit used comes from the vineyards located just outside Epernay.
